UPDATED GUIDE TO DOMESTIC CLASSES - PRESERVES AND BAKING

If you love baking and jam-making but haven't tried showing before, why not check out our guide and enter some of the classes in our Spring Show.

Our updated guide outlines what the judges are looking for and how points are awarded in the classes for Baking and Preserves.

It has lots of useful tips to help you present your exhibits and help ensure you don't lose any points unnecessarily, with additional information this  year from our WI judge.

Most classes are open to non-members as well as members.

Our domestic classes are suitable for all levels, whether you are a novice or an experienced cook.

We also have classes for children (ages 8-14 and age 7 and under) including giant gingerbread people and chocolate brownies.

You can find all the information you need about the classes and an entry form on our Spring Show page.  So bring along your jams, chutneys or cakes and have an enjoyable afternoon!
